Description
SG2NA was identified as a human cancer autoantigen and has now been implicated in vesicular trafficking and signal transduction. It is highly related to striatin and zinedin. It is a scaffolding protein that binds PP2A A and C subunits as well as the human homolog of the yeast protein, Mob1, which has been implicated in control of mitotic progression in yeast. It also binds calmodulin and appears to modulate PP2A activity.Specifications
