Beskrivning

Streptamer CD3/CD28 Kit for T Cell Expansion offers novel reagents for polyclonal expansion and contains three single reagents, which are combined prior to use.

  • CD3 Fab-Strep for T cell expansion and CD28 Fab-Strep for T cell expansion should be stored at -90 to -60°C.
  • Strep-Tactin™ multimer for T cell expansion should be stored at 2 to 8°C.
  • No component is classified as hazardous according to (EC) No 1272/2008 [CLP].
  • The kit is good for stimulation of 1.6 x 107 cells in total.
  • After the mixing of the single reagents, thereby producing the activating complex, the mixture is stable for 3 months at 2 to 8°C without losing its functionality.
  • All components are sterile filtered and do not contain any preservatives.
  • Please handle under sterile conditions.
  • They are non-magnetic soluble protein complexes generated by multimerization of αCD3- and αCD28- Fab-Streps with a Strep-Tactin™ multimer
  • They are completely reversible reagents; i.e.
  • they can be removed from the cells by the addition of biotin and hence the extent of stimulation/expansion can be precisely controlled.
