Description
Two different detection systems are available to detect Strep-tag™II as well as One-Strep-tag at the N-terminus, C-terminus or internally: a) Labelled or unlabelled monoclonal antibodies b) Labelled Strep-Tactin™ proteins. TheStrep-tag™ protein detection system provides a means for a broad variety of assays, including:- Colony blot, dot blot, Western blot and ELISA procedures
- Screening for positive expression clones
- Monitoring expression levels and stability ofStrep-tag™ proteins
- Immunocytochemistry and immunohistochemistry
- Protein localisation and targeting studies
- 0.075mL is sufficient to develop 25 to 30 Western Blots using 10mL incubation volume each
