Following reverse transcription using Megaplex™ RT Primers, Megaplex™ PreAmp Primers along with the TaqMan™ PreAmp Master Mix uniformly amplify all microRNAs prior to quantitation by real-time PCR using TaqMan™ Array MicroRNA Cards.
