Description

Joins a fused silica capillary column to two fused silica capilaries of equal or different diameters (from 0.2 to 0.53mm ID). Macherey-Nagel™ Glass Universal Y-Splitter Capillary Connectors are manufactured from deactivated glass with a slightly tapered inner diameter.

Advantages compared to stainless steel fittings:

  • Provides an easy connection without the need for any tools
  • Transparent glass connectors provide optical control during connection
  • Features negligible heat capacity and no dead volume
