- Protein-free, reducing nonspecific binding, especially when using phosphoantibodies or avidin-biotin systems
- Specially engineered for the EMD Millipore SNAP i.d.™ detection system, but may be used in traditional Western blotting protocols
- Suitable for the dilution of primary and secondary antibodies

- Compatible with streptavidin antibodies
- Compatible with PVDF (Immobilon™ P, Immobilon FL) and nitrocellulose
- Block-CH reagent is compatible with Immobilon HRP substrate
- Choose from three Block reagents
- Block-CH reagent for HRP chemiluminescence detection
- Block-FL reagent for fluorescence detection
- Block-PO reagent for phosphoprotein detection via chemiluminescence or fluorescence
