Description

IBA Lifesciences™ CD8 Isolation Kit for FABian™ is for reversible cell isolation delivering label-free target cells.

  • The kit is used for the selection of CD8+ T cells from whole blood or buffy coat in conjunction with the FABian™ system.
  • It includes CD8 Fab-Strep (human), the Cell Isolation Column, Cell Isolation Buffer, Biotin for Cell Elution and tubes and a luer lock adapter with the syringe.
  • Each kit is sufficient for one FABian™ run to isolate cells from 6.25mL buffy coat.
  • Alternatively 6.25mL whole blood may be used.
