Description
- The kit is used for the selection of CD4+ T cells from whole blood or buffy coat in conjunction with the FABian™ system.
- It includes CD4 Fab-Strep (human), the Cell Isolation Column, Cell Isolation Buffer, Biotin for Cell Elution and tubes and a luer lock adapter with the syringe.
