Description

For automated positive cell separation. The Isolation Kit for FABian™ provides label-free target cells without the use of high affinity antibodies and magnetic beads

  • The kit is used for the selection of CD31+ T cells from whole blood or buffy coat in conjunction with the FABian&trade system.
  • It includes CD31 Fab-Strep (human), the Cell Isolation Column, Cell Isolation Buffer, Biotin for Cell Elution and tubes and a luer lock adapter with the syringe.
  • Each kit is sufficient for one FABian&trade run to isolate cells from 9 ml whole blood.
