IBA Lifesciences CD19 Isolation Kits for FABian™, Human for reversible cell isolation delivering label-free target cells.

  • The kit is used for the selection of CD19+ cells from whole blood or buffy coat in conjunction with the FABian™ system
  • It includes CD19 Fab-Strep (human), the Cell Isolation Column, Cell Isolation Buffer, Biotin for Cell Elution and tubes and a luer lock adapter with the syringe
  • Each kit is sufficient for one FABian™ run to isolate cells from 9 ml whole blood or 6.4 mL buffy coat
