Maximum specificity—Chemically-modified Thermo-Start™ Taq remains completely inactive until heated to 95°C for 15 minutes, thereby preventing nonspecific amplification
Improved efficiency—The use of dTTP in place of dUTP increases reaction efficiency by approximately 5% and therefore reduces reaction time
Increased sensitivity—The combination of Thermo-Start Taq and dTTP increases sensitivity and allows for detection of low copy number templates
Instrument specific—Individually optimized qPCR mixes designed for all major qPCR / Real-Time PCR instruments
