Use these probes for a variety of high-temperature applications. Cole-Parmer™ Digi-Sense™ Insulated-Wire Thermocouple Probes include straight insulated cable with no handle and feature ANSI color-coded mini connectors: type J - black, type K - yellow, and type T - blue.

  • Flexible Kapton-insulated wire is ideal for checking food temperatures
  • Flexible fiberglass-Insulated wire used for high-temperature measurements
  • Custom designs or changes to this product are available upon request
  • Exposed-junction probes are not recommended for use with aqueous solutions
  • Do not subject type J exposed-junction probes to moisture as they will rust
