The PrecisION™ hnAChR α1/β1/Δ/ε Recombinant Stable Cell Line measures nAChR α1/β1/Δ/ε ion channel activity via electrophysiological measurements. This cell line ships as two vials of cryopreserved cells.

The PrecisION™ hnAChR α1/β1/Δ/ε Recombinant Stable Cell Line is a stable, engineered cell line for use in studying nAChR α1/β1/Δ/ε ion channels, including drug candidates which affect channel function. This cell line enables assessment of ion channel function via detection of electrophysiological signals. The included cell line overexpresses nAChR α1/β1/Δ/ε ion channels. Upon ligand/agonist induced channel activation, response can be detected via automated or manual electrophysiological techniques. This stable modified cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells.
