The pCMV-ARMS1-ProLinkTM 2 Vector is a mammalian cloning vector to produce cells expressing a PK2-tagged protein of interest. Contains phosphorylation sites to increase arrestin recruitment. Provided as a vial of 10μg vector in liquid buffer.

The pCMV-ARMS1-ProLinkTM 2 Vector is a mammalian cloning vector for use in expressing a protein of interest fused to the ProLink 2 (PK 2) tag at the C-terminus. The PK tag is a version of ED used for EFC assays (in combination with EA). The ProLink 2 tag has a higher affinity for EA, making it ideal for use with weaker protein:protein interactions.The ARMS (Arrestin Recruitment Modifying Sequence) PK tags contain GRK phosphorylation sites to improve ligand-dependent arrestin recruitment to GPCRs and improve assay performance. Provided as a vial of 10μg vector in 20μL liquid buffer.
