Description
The PathHunter™ U2OS TORC3 Nuclear Translocation Cell Line is a stable, engineered cell line for use in studying drug candidates affecting the CRTC/CREB pathway. This cell line enables assessment of ligand (e.g. forskolin) based pathway activation via detection of resulting TORC3 (CRTC3) nuclear translocation. This product uses EFC technology. The included cell line overexpresses PL-tagged TORC3 (CRTC3) and nuclear localized EA. Upon pathway activation, induced nuclear translocation of TORC3 leads to production of EFC signal. This stable modified cell line is provided as two vials of cryopreserved cells.
