Description

Buffer set for the isolation of low-copy plasmids; to be used with NucleoSpin Plasmid or NucleoSpin Plasmid (NoLid) kits.

NucleoSpin™ Plasmid Kit is used for the isolation of low-copy plasmid DNA using a time-saving parallel process. It is suitable for manual or automated processing under vacuum or by centrifugation. It can process up to 5mL of E. coli culture, with a typical yield of 4–6μg of sequencing-grade plasmid DNA per 1mL sample culture.

  • NucleoSpin™ Plasmid kits include filter and binding plates/strips, buffers and RNase A
  • When a larger amount of low-copy plasmid is required, larger culture volumes can be prepared using additional buffer volumes
  • Plasmid Buffer Set provides: 75mL of Resuspension Buffer A1 and Lysis Buffer A2, plus 100 mL of Neutralization Buffer A3 and RNase A
  • Suitable for use only with NucleoSpin™ Plasmid kits—Sufficient for up to 300 preps
