  • VaccineXpress medium is well suited for use in multi-well plates and large‐scale manufacturing using microcarriers in WAVE Bioreactor or Xcellerex bioreactors.
  • Serum-free animal-derived component-free formulation.
  • Supports direct or sequential adaptation, cell growth and virus propagation.
  • Designed to support high peak cell density, viral infectivity, and productivity.
  • For use with multiple viral applications (i.e., influenza, rotavirus, RSV, Dengue, Zika).
  • Designed for small- to large-scale cell culture applications with use of microcarriers.
  • Available in liquid and powder formulations.
  • HyClone VaccineXpress medium has been qualified to grow attachment‐dependent Vero cells with microcarriers for producing viral vaccines.
  • The lack of both serum and animal‐derived components in the medium reduces variability and enhances scalability and ease of purifying recombinant proteins and viruses in bioprocess applications.
