  • Models SG 15, SG 30, SG 50, and SG 100 include gradient maker with PTFE valves, Luer outlet fitting, support rod, adapter barbed fitting, 22-gauge needle.
  • Model SG 500 includes gradient maker with push-pull valve, four wrap-and-seal hose clamps.

Ideal for generating gradients of polyacrylamide, sucrose, and cesium chloride

Models SG 15, SG 30, SG 50, and SG 100

  • Milled of heavy acrylic plastic with high-quality, leak-free PTFE-resin valves
  • Offer a flat base for stability on magnetic stirrers; support rod can be attached to ring stand for additional stability
  • Accept Luer or 4 mm ID tubing; with included adapters can also accept 2 mm ID or 22-gauge tubing
  • SG 100 is ideal for the Hoefer Mighty Small™ Gel Casters SE 275 (for four gels) or SE 215 (for 10 gels)
Model SG 500
  • Made of two cylindrical acrylic chambers joined and mounted on a flat acrylic base
  • Uses a simple push-pull valve to open and close the passage between the reservoir and mixing chambers
  • Suitable for forming polyacrylamide gradients or buffer gradients used with medium to small chromatography columns
  • Ideal for use with the Hoefer SE 615 or SE 915 Multiple Gel Casters
