HiTrap Capto Phenyl ImpRes is prepacked with BioProcess Capto Phenyl ImpRes resins for screening and small-scale protein purifications using hydrophobic interaction chromatography.

  • High-throughput resin for intermediate and polishing protein purification, excellent choice for process-scale purification
  • Columns for screening of selectivity, binding and elution conditions, as well as small scale purifications
  • The combined properties of high binding capacity, high flow rate, and low back pressure reduces process cycle times and improves productivity at process scale
  • Excellent chemical stability allows cleaning with all standard CIP solutions, including 1 M sodium hydroxide
