Description

Decrease exposure times and lower levels of radioactivity needed for autoradiography of gels

Particles emitted from radioactively labeled samples in gel pass through film and strike intensifying screen. Inorganic phosphors absorb energy, converting it to ultraviolet or blue light, which then exposes the film.

  • For use with isotopes that emit high-energy beta particles (e.g., 32P, 45Ca) or gamma particles (e.g., 125I)
  • Fit autoradiography cassettes for common film sizes
