  • The EasySep™ Human Extracellular Vesicle (CD63) Positive Selection Kit isolates highly purified human extracellular vesicles from plasma/serum and cell culture conditioned medium by immunomagnetic positive selection
  • Extracellular vesicles are labeled with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD63 and magnetic particles
  • Labeled extracellular vesicles are separated without columns using an EasySep™ magnet
  • Unwanted biofluid components are simply poured off, while desired extracellular vesicles remain in the tube
  • Isolated extracellular vesicles are available for downstream applications such as DNA/RNA extraction, Western blot, or mass spectometry​
