Immunomagnetic isolation of untouched human eosinophils

  • The EasySep™ Human Eosinophil Isolation Kit is designed to isolate eosinophils from a polymorphonuclear cell-rich fraction of peripheral blood by negative selection
  • Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing non-eosinophils and magnetic particles
  • Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns
  • Desired cells are poured off into a new tube
  • The kit is compatible with cells prepared using either Lymphoprep™ (Catalog #07801) centrifugation (preferred for higher cell purities) or HetaSep™ (Catalog #07906) sedimentation (preferred for faster, lysis-free sample processing)
  • This product replaces the EasySep™ Human Eosinophil Enrichment Kit (Catalog #19256) for even faster cell isolations
