The DURAN™ Premium Screw Cap Replacement Cap Liner provides a reliable, tight seal with high temperature and chemical resistance, making it ideal for pharmaceutical and demanding laboratory processes including sterilisation and depyrogenation.

  • High purity fluoropolymer (PFA) construction without any colourants
  • USP Class VI pharmaceutical grade materials meeting FDA, USP, EP and JP requirements
  • High temperature resistance suitable for hot-air/dry-heat sterilisation and depyrogenation at up to 200°C
  • Excellent chemical resistance for use in chemically demanding processes
  • PTFE-coated silicone cap liner provides a reliable and tight seal for long-term storage and transport of sensitive products
  • Compatible with GL 25 and GL 45 thread sizes for versatile use across DURAN bottle ranges
  • Replacement PTFE-faced silicone cap liners (platinum-cured silicone) available separately
  • Matching PFA pouring ring for drip-free pouring available separately
