Description

The ChemiScreen™ CXCR6 Chemokine Receptor Membrane Preparation measures activity of CXCR6 GPCR via GTPγS assay. Membrane preps contain 1mL of 1mg/mL frozen membranes.

The ChemiScreen™ CXCR6 Chemokine Receptor Membrane Preparation is derived from proprietary stable recombinant cells to ensure high levels of CXCR6 surface expression. ChemiScreen membrane preps can be used to screen for GPCR activity using GTPγS assays. Increased GPCR activation levels will lead to higher radioactive signal. Membrane preps contain 1mL of 1mg/mL frozen membranes derived from a stably modified clonal cell line which was chosen for optimal receptor expression.
