Ansell BioClean™ Sterile Isolator Mitten are designed for use in product contact areas

  • Manufactured from nitrile with incredibly low levels of particles and excellent ESD properties
  • 100% air leak tested
  • Fully validated for sterility with an SAL (Sterility Assurance Level) of 10-6
  • Ultra-clean surface ensures product protection
  • Specially designed to minimize hand fatigue
  • Fits 10 to 12 in. / 254 to 304 mm Port
  • Certifications and Testing:
    • Manufactured in a facility holding ISO 9001:2015 and PPER 2016/425 Module D
    • Conforms to Category 3 - Complex Design Personal Protective Equipment PPE Regulation (EU)2016/425
    • Processed in an NEBB certified ISO Class 4 environment Complies with the requirements of Glove Standard
    • EN420:2003+A1:2009, EN374-1:2016, EN374-5:2016 and EN421:2010
    • Physical properties comply with European Medical Glove Standard EN455-2:2015
    • Tested against permeation standard ASTM D6978-05 for cytotoxic drugs
    • Suitable for contact with all foodstuffs. Regulation (EC)1935/2004 and (EC) 2023/2006
