Description
- G418 Disulfate blocks polypeptide synthesis in both prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells and is useful for selection of genetically engineered eukarytoic cells in culture.
- It is an effective selecting agent utilized in killing prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells.
- It is also used for selection and maintenance of prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells transfected with a iNOS promoter construct and neomycin resistance gene.
