Viewing Your Order History

You can view your order history in several ways:

  • From the 'My Account' dropdown you can:
    • Select 'Order Status' to view an order summary with filters for dates and web orders specifically
    • Select 'Recent Purchases' with search filters by date, status, and PO number
  • From the Dashboard you can:
    • View open, shipped, completed, and pending orders, as well as invoices
    • Select 'Order Details' to get detailed information on each order including invoices, and tracking
    • Update notifications to stay up-to-date on all aspects of your orders
    • Toggle between business accounts and search parameters including date, status, and PO number. You can also search over multiple accounts by selecting 'All Accounts'

Proof of Delivery

Easily retrieve a signed Proof of Delivery (POD) for your order’s shipment. POD information can be retrieved for 2 years. Your signed POD can be accessed within the Order Status tool using your order number and account code or email address, or if you are logged into your existing account.

If you have an account, you can obtain your POD by:

  1. Going to the Order Status tool directly or by selecting 'Order Status' at the top of the website.
  2. Logging in and then clicking on 'View Details'. If you do not have an account, enter your order number and account code or email address to access the order details.
  3. Selecting 'Proof of Delivery' to view and download your copy, either at the top of the order details or within each shipment, OR, identifying your desired item/shipment and selecting 'Track Shipment.' Selecting 'Proof of Delivery' will then allow you to view and download your copy.
