MA1-10407 can be used as a negative control to measure the non-specific binding of Mouse IgG1 in human and rat tissues. Endotoxin level is less than 0.01 EU/ug of the protein, as determined by the LAL test.

Mouse IgG1 is a subtype of immunoglobulin G antibody that is produced by B cells in response to an antigen. It is the most abundant IgG subtype in the serum and plays a crucial role in the adaptive immune response.
